Beginners Yoga Class


This class is designed for people who have never done yoga before or are returning to yoga after a long absence. Sue’s classes focus on mind, body and spirit connection through breath work, postures and core strenghteners and deep relaxation call Savasana.

Yoga aids are provided:

  • Mats
  • Silk scarves (instead of belts)
  • Blocks
  • Blankets/pillows
  • Eye pads with lavender


Monday: 5:30pm – 7pm


  • 90 minute class/ $18.00 per class per month or $20.00 per drop-in

Payment due first of the month.
