Sue Troughton has a real affinity with her clients. Sue has been a great help to me through some sadly emotional times and her Yoga classes are very special to me. She works us hard but we also have fun and she makes us feel much more connected and relaxed after class. The dry Infra-Red Sauna is also very therapeutic for me and I look forward to my sessions as well as my Yoga classes. When I am away I really miss my visits and I always eager to get back into Sue`s safe and nurturing environment.
